The next effort was done by very close friends of the Pruntys. They decided that a letter writing campaign would be the most successful and would provide the Pruntys with additional funds to get them to the Option Institute. In November of 1995 the letter went out to friends and family of the Pruntys and their friends the Anemas, the Wesolowskis and the Coes. This campaign brought in enough funds to get the Pruntys on their way to the Option Institute, and established the data base for the Sophie Newsletter. This simple effort was the inspiration for the Pruntys to continue to update everyone on Sophie incredible journey. We are so very blessed with the friends and family we have.
