to have you consider supporting our family in this way. Your support will
make such a difference in our lives and the life of our "One In A Million
Kid."
No previous experience working with special children is at all necessary... just the present desire to help this child. We generally ask people who volunteer in our program to work three play sessions per week plus our monthly group meeting where we discuss the exciting changes and progress of our child and learn together ways we can improve and enhance ourselves. We also would like a long term commitment of at least six months because of the time that we will put into training you. In return you will receive feedbacks for skills and attitude building on your work with our child as well as dialogues which will help you learn to be happier and more comfortable. Since the basis of our work with our child is an attitude of love and acceptance, all of your training will be aimed toward helping you become more loving and accepting of yourself and others. We intend to support you in becoming all that you would want for yourself. This program is a unique opportunity for all of us to grow and use our love to reach out and embrace this very special little person. We select volunteers who are enthusiastic about living the Option Process as a lifestyle, who are interested in exploring themselves through using the Optiva Dialogues, and who clearly make happiness a priority in their lives.
